What is our staff's qualifications?
All coaches at Iron Cross Gymnastics are required to be safety certified by USA Gymnastics. We also require all staff members to renew their first aid and CPR certifications annually. All of our coaches are required to go through an instructor training program that we host at our facility. Certain coaches are picked to go through a leadership training program as well. Most of our coaches are young adults, not teenagers, who have been teaching in the industry for at least 5 years. Some of our coaches have been teaching for more than 10 years. All of our coaches have been selected through a thorough process and have a true passion for working with children.

Do we have a customer incentive or referral program?
When you are an active member of our class or team program, you can benefit from referring a family member or a friend who has never been enrolled in our program. The newly referred member must list your name on the enrollment form upon registration, and participate in a recreational gymnastics or tumbling class beyond a 30 day period. Upon paying their second month's tuition, you the referrer, will recieve 50% off your child's tuition the following month. The only exception to this is Team Members. Team Members will receive the equivalent subtracted from the following month's tuition. In order to receive this incentive, you must be currently enrolled and your account must be in good standing. The credit cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash.
